Consulate Review: Sweden
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description

Embassy Review : Got there at 8 am and no line for immigrant visa. Had 2 interviews, one for my k1 visa and one for our daughters report of birth and US passport. Except the 3 hour wait it went smooth when it was my turn. They asked a few question how we met, how often I been visiting him and about our baby. Got RFE, wanted more proof of ongoing relationship, had no new pics because we haven't seen each other during this visa process but gave them skype call history and Facebook chats between him and me and with his family, and we are engaged and have a baby! But wasn't enough. And needed a original and not a copy of his divorce decree. Overall pretty smooth and not to complicated
Rating : Good

POE Review: Phoenix
Event Description
Entry Date : 2014-12-09
Embassy Review : came to phoenix with my daughter. Not much line so went quite fast. Was only asked 1 question and that was if we had set a date. Gave the female officer the envelope from embassy, she took a quick look and said welcome home was done in 5 minutes

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
