10-18-13 Tier 2 said decision on I-130 will be in 6 more months, and also filed for expedite

10-23-13 Tier 2 said a letter was mailed about the expedite from the NBC on 10-21

10-23-13 Wrote my local congressman about the status on our I-130

10-24-13 Received a generic letter of the expedite

10-28-13 Congressman said that our expedite was approved

11-5-13 Tier 2 said that our expedite was not approved

11-7-13 Wrote my local congressman everything that the tier 2 representative said

11-12-13 Congressman called and emailed me assuring that our expedite was approved

12-16-13 The AOS bill shows paid online, the USPS tracking shows the AOS package has arrived at NVC, and mailed the IV package

12-17-13 The IV bill shows paid online, the USPS tracking shows IV package has arrived at the NVC, the DS-261 became available online, and the DS-261 was submitted

12-18-13 The NVC shows that they have received mail (the submitted AOS package)
