Embassy Review : Here is the detailed info about my husband's interview at Bombay Embassy

His interview was at 8:30am On March 23rd, 2006, he was there around 8 am. When he entered, they took his appointment letter. They kept pilling up letters on top of his papers.. So, this is something to watch out... He kept waiting waiting and waiting. Finally, at around 11:30 or so, one lady called him for Document verification. That lady briefly looked at the documents, and asked him to wait until his number is called. Finally, at 12:15 or 12:20pm, his number was called, so he went to the CO. The CO checked the papers, and asked him few question. Interview was for about 5 - 6 minutes.

When did you meet your wife.
How often do you talk to your wife?
When my husband metioned daily chats through Messanger, CO, then asked which messanger we used.
CO asked for some wedding pics.. My husband show him few pics.
CO, asked how many people attended the wedding? so, he also show him few of those pics as well.

That was it. He was told that his passport will be mailed to him in few days. ( For Bombay embassy, you have to pay for the courier fee at VFS before the interview)

This was it for us.. We are all set for the next two years untill Removing the condtions.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
