Comments : I130 WAS SENT TO THE NBC AND THEN TO MY LOCAL OFFICE IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS...AWAITING NOA2 HOPEFULLY SOON INCHALLAH...FINALLY AFTER NEARLY SIX MONTHS OUR NOA2..TWO MONTH DELAY DUE TO A MISTAKE AT THE NBC AND SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS..NOW ONTO THE NEXT STEP
AT THE NVC..MONDAY JULY 29TH WILL SEND THE LAST OF THE NVC DOCUMENTS NEEDED ALL THE FEES HAVE BEEN PAID..NOW WAITING GAME AGAIN..PRAY ALL IS ACCEPTED WITH NO ERRORS AND A INTERVIEW DATE SOON INSHALLAH..
FIRST CHECKLIST WAS WITH MY AOS..THE NVC REQUESTED I SEND ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL EVIDENCE FROM MY CURRENT EMPLOYER..SENT IT AUG 19TH RECEIVED AT NVC AUG 22ND, THEN FOR THE DS-230 GOT ANOTHER CHECKLIST FOR TWO POLICE FORMS FOR MY HUSBAND..Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire..so my husband is working on sending those to me now and then send them in and wait some more..OCT 2nd got a CASE COMPLETE from NVC was a complete surprise..OCT 3rd another shocker we got our interview date of NOV 13TH by email..hamdolilah..next step..schedule medical exam and prepare for the interview..in shaa allah :)..hubby medical exam scheduled for Nov 1st..almost there..in shaa allah..my husbands interview was on Nov 13th..it went well and was very good experience we were put into AP because missing documents for I864A..send documents husband sumbited them to embassy on Nov 27th..Dec 2nd went from AP to READY then back to AP..Dec 3rd ISSUED..Dec 6th husband picked up from embassy..Dec 7th husband headed home to me hamdolilah...it was a long stressful journey..full of tests of faith and patience and love..but my advice to everyone is to keep strong and know that one day this all will behind you in shaa allah..wish everyone the best in their journey in shaa allah..
