Event Description

Embassy Review : Here is my Quick Interview Process yesterday OCT.22,2012

Appointment at 6:15am and got there at the U.S Embassy at 4:00 am and already long line waited for me.Carrying my heavy brief case full of documents that I might be needing for the whole process of interview.

6:10am-Finally got inside the Embassy, fall in line, passed the scanner. Fall in line again to submit the appointment letter. Recieved my lucky qeue numbe "6031"
and proceed to the building where interview and biometrics is conducted.

6:45am-Called for biometrics by an filipino screener(took a while standing in line here cuz some applicant are having hard time taking their finger prints)

7:00am-Called for pre-interview and collection of documents by a filipino screener again and were are asked for a lot of questions:

Screener: What is you full name?
Me: tooootooot
Screener: Who is your Petitioner?
Me: My hubby (name)
Screener: where did you meet? (Answered) long did you stay in Japan?
Me: 4-5years

Everything that she asked was answered while she is looking or filing my documents from NVC.I was told to wait forever(Joke) for my number to flash again for the final interview by American consul.

...........tootttoootttt(after a century) haha kidding my number flashed and proceed to window 62,middle age maybe or young American consul greeted me good morning and responded with perkiness hahaha (funny) Had me raise my right hand for aoth and the interview started.

AC: what is your full name?
Me: Toootooott:D
AC: So, you met your hubby in Japan and how long you stayed in Japan?
Me: 4-5YEARS
AC: oh ok,we gonna need a police clearance from Japan.
Me: I had one already but it was sent out to NVC.
AC: Oh really? let me check here, oppss okok I got it and Thank you so much for that.
Me: You're welcome(huh?)haha

Dead air but still smiling just to cover my nervousness haha,American Consul was being quite flipping the documents and got a huge old looking stamping thing and boink boink!

Well, everything looks good and in good file. Congratulation and you are approved. Just wait for your number to be call again for the visa delivery instruction..

I was smiling super wide and even asked again if I am approved and American consul laugh at me and said YES hahaha I was very happy, walking back to where i sitted felt like I was in cloud 9.hahaha
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Washington DC
Event Description
Entry Date : 2012-11-08
Embassy Review : Just writing a quick review on my POE which is DULLES int'l airport. Immigration officers was very nice, made a small conversation and laugh. People from Immigration or Immigration Officers rather were very nice and the only problem was the long line and think its because lot of people arrived that day. However over all experience was great
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
