August 18th, 2013 our case was updated to " READY" . New case creation as of that day. My fiance received a call from the Embassy requesting passport. YAY!. After the call we checked the ceac.gov website and our case was updated to AP....
Guess I am not going to be flying to Algeria to get married now. Wedding taking place in Michigan....
Passport at embassy now. Medical and new police report requested. Status changed to "ISSUED" on September 4th, 2013. Waiting now for final printing of the visa :)
My love will be here soon!!!!!!
Finally visa in hand on October 31st, 2013! Happy Halloween!!!!Boo!!!

NOTE: RFE WAS REQUESTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT DOCUMENTATION IS ONLY VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM THE TIME WE FILED THE I-751. USCIS IS REALLY BEHIND!

NO INTERVIEW!
