Consulate Review: Sweden
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 10, 2013
Embassy Review : Fast and easy.
Lots of people waiting so get in the right line.
Handed in my papers and stamped the envelope.
Waited maybe 10-15 mins then was called for the Interview.
Short and friendly, asked about family, work, where we met.
Also had to show some pictures.
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: JFK
Event Description
Entry Date : 2013-01-18
Embassy Review : No problem
First officer opened my package and did some typing. I was then taken to another room where I was told to sit down and wait while they did some further processing, since it was friday night it was a very friendly and positive athmosphere. After about 10 minutes I got my passport back and was on my way. No questions no problems
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
