Embassy Review : Here is my story!

I reached islamabad two days before just in case the PIA gets delay or other issue which are common here so I reached on monday.

On wednesday I had my interview: I booked metro cab which is safe and left for embassy at around 6:25am because my stay was at merriott which is less than 10 kms to embassy.

At 6:45am I was at embassy entered inside to buy the tickets for shuttle; there I saw a big que and thought should have come much earlier than 6am, fortunately everything for me was so quick, like ALLAH sent some angel to help me. Anyways I bought the shuttle tickets and then deposit my cell phone in a counter outside the shuttle services room, again went inside to be in a que for security check and to sit inside the shuttle, shuttle starts and took around 15 mins to reach at embassy exactly.

at 7:20 am I was called for finger printing of 8 fingers and 2 thumbs from there they asked me to go to window 7 in another room for the passport submission there I saw a pakistani guy asking for some basic details like phone number and amex address etc.

Then waiting for the interview and in the mean time I was just reciting ayate karima because I was so nervous and praying ALLAH to help me in every moment. I was called at about 8:15am for the counter no.2 and just praying not to get the black lady there but when I saw the black lady in counter 2, it reminds me of all the interview rejections here in this forum.

Interview question after oath:

who is sponsoring you? I said my hubby
How long have you been married? I said 11 months exacly after 22 days I will be having my first wedding anniversary then she smiled and asked again how many days, I said 22 days
What does your husband do? I said he work for hospital
do you know each other before mariage? I said no
so your parents arranged that marriage? I said yes
How long have your parents know them? I said 11 years almost
What was the first gift you got? I said on valentines it was a surprise because he doesnt beleive on surprises still he sent. Then she said what gift mam, I said bear, heart pillow, some chocs and red roses
why do you love him now? I said he cares for me alot
Then she asked about me, where do I work, I said in .....company (which is a No. 1 US pharmaceuticals)

then she said congratulations mam, you will get your passport soon, I asked I wanna book my tickets, how many days would you take she said 10 days but do not book now, wait for your pasport first ..

but that lady surprised me, I got my passport returned in Karachi in just 24 hours but unfortunately I was in islamabd so will be going to amex tom to clecct it.

it was an awsum interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
