Embassy Review : I got off the plane at 10am then went to the Immigration and was fall in line..i had someone who walked with me and she's also a filipina. What funny was we were about to line up with the green card holders but lol,the officer saw us and stopped us and told us to line up at the visitors area The line was very long but moves that fast, while i was in line i was wondering why ppl holding a long card except the paper for the custom. I got so curious what was all about that long card for that's why i had to ask the filipina whom i walked with and she told me that long card which is the I-94 is for the immigration. So,finally i was already upfront when the lady japanese officer asked me if i have already that I-94 and i told her that i don't have yet.She took some for me to fill up..I got so nervous while filling up the I-94. And i was even rushing to finish it. But when the officer called next..wheww! I got so even more nervous coz i was thinking of those questions they'll gonna ask to me. I didnt even finished filling the I-94 yet so the officer told me to step back for awhile to finish it. The other officer was keep on looking at me and was even smiling and he asked me what kind of visa i have and i told him that im on k1 visa. Then the other officer who was a black guy came to me and and check my visa and he was even looking at me while staring at my visa..i think he was checking if i was on the pix of my visa Lol,funny! finally done with my I-94 so i had to go back to the officer and these are the Q'S he asked on me..

1.What's the name of my Petitioner
2.How old is he?
3.When do we plan to get married?

The officer asked bout my packet to give him so had to get it in my bag and handed him.It took for him for just 5 mins to check those papers and lol, while he was staring on those papers i had..He had his joke and told me to eat more coz maybe he read something on my medical like to gain more weight..lol!made me laugh. Then finally i am cleared so had my passport back to me with the I-94 attached on it. So had to take my luggage and going to my next destination which is to Tampa.

LOL! such a pleasant experience..i got worried with nothing..Now i am finally happy being with my fiance

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
