Embassy Review : I went with Nataliia with her for her interview. We arrived around 745am for a 8:30am interview. We went through security, and had to leave our cell phones at security. We got our ticket number and waited about 10 minutes to be called up to the window. Nataliia gave all her paperwork, and did fingerprints. Then a few minutes later she was called to a second window and did the interview with the officer. I went up with her and he asked if I was the petitioner and I said yet. He said to have a seat. He asked her if her parents were going to the US for the wedding, and how many times I have been to her including where we went. She just stayed focused and looked into his eyes the entire time and answered about 5 questions. She got a piece of paper saying she would get her visa in 5 days. Her interview was on Thursday, Monday it was approved, and then we could pick it up on Tuesday. Overall very easy, simple, and quick. We were done by 9:15am.
Rating : Very Good

Embassy Review : We had a very easy approval today. We had an 12:45pm appointment, and arrived at 12:15. We had to wait till about 12:45-1:00pm for our interview. She swore us in, confirmed my wife name / address. She asked when her last entry into the country, which was 2 days before. We got back from a cruise but they did not process her with her AP. She said that was normal with the cruises.

She asked her the questions in her I-485 form. She made copies of our drivers license and she asked that if we knew about the ROC in 2 years. We said yes, and got our txt that are green card was in production a couple hours after we left. She never looked at our paperwork that we brought.

We were in our interview in less than 10 minutes.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
