Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 31, 2013
Embassy Review : I arrive USEM before 6 am last January 29,2013. Everything went smoothly on my interview. But being question by a Filipino interviewer why i only have few pictures for the two times my fiancee visited me. I answered that that's all i printed and the rest is on USB. I only showed 7 or 8 pictures. He asked about me and my fiancee. Followed by American interviewer, asked almost same question as of the first interviewer. He asked how my fiancee proposed and when. He tried to confuse my answers but i am steady in giving him same answers. And done everything exactly 10:20 am. The woman on the window just told me you can go home now and wait for your Visa delivery. No pink slip...No magic words too. For all applicant, just be honest and prove to them that the relationship is genuine.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
