Embassy Review : Thanks guys for all the Congrats! sorry I wasnt able to post what exactly happened at USEM....

The Initial Interview with the Filipina Pre srceener was asking for all revalent documents. She asked Grace why it took so long for me to process the Visa?? Grace Answered and said because of his job and also because the more important thing a major issue in our lives was her fathers hospitalization and eventually Passing. she said ok and after a few moire questions told her to have a seat and wait for the final interview. After a couple of hours her number flashed on the board and it was time. Her CO was a Lady and according to Grace in her words....." Very Very Strict"! Grace said the entire interview was focused on me according to her. Questions asked:

1. Who is your petitioner?
2. What is his full name?
3. What is his age and Birthday?
4.How many times has he been married?
5.Who are his ex wives?
6.Do you know their names?
7.How many kids,if any does he have?
8.What are the name of the kids?
9.where does he do for a living?
10.where does he live?
11.How long have he lived there?
12.when will you Marry?
THE CO only asked to look at pics from a carefully arranged Photo Album she made thats it.

This Question really got to Grace she told me and she said she was a little offended! but I had to explain to her that is the rules. the CO has to make a determination of our Petition for Visa.

"Does it bother you that he is older than you"??

Grace told her: No Maam, it doesnt bother me cause age is just a number and because I love him!!! The CO looked at her and Just smiled! she then told Grace I have no issues with your documents and anything else."CONGRATULATIONs and welcome to the United States of America!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
