Embassy Review : We had our AOS interview from K1 last week October 17, 2011. we had a good deal in the parking lot we found it was 8 dollars/whole day. It's on the left side of the LCIS building. Then unfortuantley their wee so many people there and then we waited and waited. Our original time to be interviewed was 10:15 but we were interviewed past 11am. Then she interviwed us about basic information . We thought it was ok but then the decision was to wait for 180 days. T_T
The IO looked nice but we could sense she was little bit strict and serious type.

Hubby had an ex alien wife,a Chinese, then they got divorced and then he filed a visa for her neighbor in China just top pissed her off then he canceled it right away. The USCIS said that it was canceled. I just hope that it won't be denied just ecause of that! I do hope so. So here we are again , back to waiting stage!
Harassment Level : Moderate

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
