Comments : the immigration officer was nice,he is filipino and we talked tagalog the whole POE process,it was kind of relieved to me because he is filipino and im comfortable talking with him and asking some question, the POE was great no harassment or something.

6:30am ( interview shedule )

woke-up around 2am this morning,prepared all stuff and leave at 3:50am
arrived at embassy 4am,we are the first line for Immigrant applicants
6:25am guard called up immigrant applicants for 6:30am
drop appointment letter and they put my passport in sealed plastic,they asked husband passport ( husband was with me )
get inside the embassy and went in x-ray machine,got my lucky number 6117
we set again and waited for 1 and half hour for the finger scan,go back to set waited 2 hours for the filipino interview and she asked my Name and Date of birth,also asked my husband How and where did we met( thats all she never ask any document from me) set again and waited for the final interview with the consul, she was so nice with big smile,greet us " Good Morning " ask my husband about the divorce..husband answered blah...blah...and asked our wedding photos and said " i like your wedding dress" then she asked me if i have been out of the country ( thats all never asked any documents from me ).. she said " congratulations, Your visa is APPROVED "
