It was smooth and easy.stood in the line for immigrants.Then the officer took visa packet and stamped my passport and gave that back to me.2min process it was. |

Reached at 6:10am in the morning.went inside around 7am.Went through the security checking.Don't take your cell phones or medical CD inside.Then went to a place where the interview took place.First the consulate assistants prepare the documents ( Ds260, passport,PCC, marriage certificate,Birth certificate, medical reports) Then they gave me token.For English the token no starts with "G".you can take your Petitioner inside.no problem with that.South Indians,gujrati and Punjabi had different lines and Could choose their regional language.Then an indian officer called me (token no flashed on screen) .

When Husband moved to the States?
Where does he stay?
mother's maiden name?
Then he gave me a pamphlet about domestic violence and asked to read that.Then he returned some documents to me which were from NVC.
I Waited for 30min
Then token number flashed and a very nice American lady started questioning me.She was veryyyyyy sweet,friendly and smiling face.
Questions-
1-who is calling you?
2-Where does he stay?
3-When did he move to USA?
4-Arrange or love marriage?
5-Why I chose to marry him?
6-Which things about him I love?
7-Where will I move to the States??
She asked me what my husband told me about Massachusetts?
8-What I do? What I want to do in the States?
9-Whether we were engaged before marriage or not?
10-Where we went to honeymoon?
She asked for honeymoon pictures
That's all.It took 1hr 45min for me.Then she said I can leave and she kept my passport and said I will get the passport within 3-5business days.It was easy and Smooth.Nothing to worry.Have Faith in yourself.Best of luck!!

Beneficiary- photocopies of passport, marriage certificate, Birth certificate,Police clearance certificate, U.S passport size photo,.These are all I remember.Hope it helps
