Mi experiencia en visa k1 y k 2
Llegamos al consulado a las 7 y nos revisaron los papeles: Pasado judicial, 2 fotos tipo visa con el nombre escrito, exámenes médicos, impuestos de mi prometido, documento de apoyo financiero , carta laboral de mi prometido, divorcio de mi prometido, (aquà tuvimos el error lleve copias y era notariado) registro civil mÃo y de mis hijos, y evidencias de la relación
K2 : si el niño es mayor de 18 años pasado judicial, 2 fotos tipo visa, exámenes médicos, registro civil notariado.
La cónsul nos hizo la entrevista a las 9am , las preguntas fueron: dirección de mi prometido, (tuve que aprenderla) como nos conocimos, cuanto tiempo llevamos de relacion, por qué me quiero casar con el, hablo con mis hijos y pregunto si conocÃan a mi prometido y me entrego el papel de violencia doméstica, entonces pensé aprobado, pero la cónsul me dijo hasta que me envÃe el divorcio de su prometido por DHL no daré respuesta,,,, eso fue el jueves 17 de agosto y envié el documento el lunes festivo 21 gracias a Dios no era festivo para ellos, y toda esta semana paso muy lento para mi, pero gracias a Dios la visa está hoy en mi mano 02 de septiembre. Toda la gloria sea para Dios ðŸ™

Las preguntas fueron muy básicas , lo mismo que escribimos en el formulario, fue un hombre muy amable , nos pidió la evidencia de cosas que tenÃamos en común , cuentas de bancos , seguro médico etc . 15 minutos después aprobado ! |
