Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : After we got off the plan we informed the airoport staff that was rushing people to go through customs that we are fiance of each other on K1 visa and that we need to see office together, but they wrongly seperated us, I, as a USC when through customs while my fiancee stayed behind and did not know where she should go. they would not let me back, finally airport staff noticed she was confused, so they sent her to customs officer. Officer asked where was her fiance and she said that i was instructed to go thought customs without her. The officer said that we should have been together and not seperated. Duuuh!! It appears that airport staff was not training or informed what to do other that rush people though customs.

Event Description

Embassy Review : The interview went well, they asked bunch of questions about fiance, what does he do, his family, what our plans are. Overall it was good experience and few days later we got a visa on the passport.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
