Greencard Received: 2014-08-21
Comments : The interview for the green card went very smooth but there is one hiccup. At then end of the interview they ask you to review info for the greencard and I did and everything was fine. They make it a point to say if anything is wrong you will have to pay another $450 to fix it so of course I reviewed the info. Then when receive the card and there is a typo in Rose's last name. So I call and they tell me to file another form and unless we can prove it was immigrations fault we will have to pay another $450. It's ridiculous. When you leave the office they give you nothing intentionally. So I wonder did I miss the typo or did it just happened to get changed by one character knowing I would have nothing to prove after the fact and making immigration yet more money. BS

Green Card Received : 2016-12-22
Comments : We submitted the I-751 90 days before conditional green card expired. We have been using a lawyer since the I-485 filing for sanity. The NOA saying the received our application stated there is a 1 year extension on the current green card I'm guessing to give them time to process. There was also a comment saying if we provided enough information there would not be another bio-metrics or interview. We will find out when the time comes. June 8 '16. Update: Dec 19 2016. New Green Card within 60 days. There was no interview

Consulate Review: Singapore
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 17, 2014
Embassy Review : March 17 2014. Our whole process was approx. 6 months Sept 2013 - March 2014.

The Interview was in our case the easiest of all the stages going very smoothly and taking only 2 hrs. I will give a more detailed response in a couple of days.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
