Hello every one
I like to share my experience as it was very helpful to read all the reviews here

we as at Cairo embassy 7:30 line was already formed and we waited till we got to the door as line was moving in acceptable speed (there was two lines one for immigration and one for others)
we did not see the need to be super early and as other said stay on the other side of street and run when they call for the line !!
most important to have ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS and they will ask for the shipping/carrier document your photos and ask to leave any electronic device outside of the embassy (power bank, cable, USB drive ...)
we got in and have been searched
then you go down to another big room, you get number and wait
you will be called for first time
asked a couple of questions (how did we meet, how long have been married)
will ask your for documents if needed (if they emailed you about missing document before the interview then you should have it in this step)
if every thing is ok will get your fingerprint and hand you any extra documents you sent before
(at this window as others said there is a woman talk in a bad tone if she is your interviewer just keep calm)
you will be waiting for your second/final interview now with the officer
you will be called for the last room
very very polite man meet with us
asked same simple questions about when we meet and how long we have been married also if we have kids (we had the birth certificates)
he liked our wedding photos and look at every one of them (was not expecting that when others said take photos with you but we had then one or two from each step of our life together)
he congratulated us and said we will get my passport back in mail

full process was in ~3.5 hours
