My fiancée waited at the consulate for about 2.5 hours before being interviewed. The interview wasn’t too long, only lasted roughly 10 minutes. There were actually 2 interviews: a small pre-interview from the staff collecting required documents from my fiancée, an interview from the consular officer. The staff there asked for pre-2013 W-2 Forms, but my fiancée didn’t have them. Never the less, no RFE was required. I think this was due to my sufficient income (several times the 125% poverty guideline). The interview went well and my fiancée was approved.

Pre-interview questions:
Do you only have the W-2 Form from 2013?
Who is your petitioner? Is he your fiancé?
Have you been to any foreign country?

Interview questions from the consular officer:
Who is your petitioner?
How did you know each other?
When were you engaged?
Does he have any sibling?
Does he have a job?
Have you been to the US?
How many times did he visit you?
When did he visit you?
Why are you engaged when he only visited you once?
How old is he?
How old are you?
Are you a member of communist party?
May I see the photos showing you and him together?
