After landing in Boston and exiting the plane, and arriving at immigration, I did not wait in the line but proceeded directly to the counter after they asked if I was KI visa. I spoke to one man and one woman at the counter. They asked for my passport and for my yellow packet, which I handed to the woman. Then, the woman opened the packet and looked at all the documents, reviewed my passport and stamped it. Then, the woman waved, and said goodbye to me. Then, I said thank you and asked which way to go and was able to navigate to baggage claim nicely.
Overall, very pleasant experience! The security guards were very helpful and extremely nice. There were other short checkpoints after the immigration counter, but each stop involved them looking at my passport and wishing me congratulations on my K1 Visa.
My Fiancée and her family were very shocked to learn that I was through immigration so fast. From touch down to baggage claim was about 25 mins.
Good luck to all!

Very easy to navigate through this airport upon arrival - signs are very straight forward and hard to get lost. I (US Citizen) traveled with fiance (K1 visa holder) and they sent us both through the same customs line together which from what I remember was 'First Time Entries'. Border officer was very friendly. Asked for packet we were given from K1 interview. We gave it to him and he opened it and sent us on our way. Very easy. We were concerned as we brought local foods (dried veggies, homemade peanut butter, even sesame seeds and peanuts for eating) and went through baggage inspection - they sent us on through after asking what was inside without even looking through our luggage. Overall a lot less stressful than we were expecting and super happy with the results. Now in USA!!!

Deplaning, customs, and baggage all took about 35 min at Boston Logan on a Friday at 6:30 PM. It seemed that this was the only flight in Terminal E at this time.
When my fiance got to Customs, there was only one person in front of him.
The tone was business-like and the pace was brisk.
They completed fingerprint biometrics in place, and they asked him three questions:
- What work did you do?
- What work does your fiancé do?
- When are you getting married?
He sailed on through baggage claim and was waiting at the curb before I even got to the airport! I thought it would take an hour and a half minimum, but it took him way less time than it usually takes me WITH Global Entry.

After my fingerprints were taken, I was sent to secondary; which was overcrowded. No social distancing possible, and not a great mood. Students coming in, and lots of people trying
After around 20-30 minutes waiting, my name was called and the officer asked me to confirm the address to mail the green card to, and for a US phone number.
No other questions were asked. He stamped my visa page and told me it would function as a temporary green card.
All in all, not the best experience, but at least I was let in!
