Interview was scheduled for 830am -- it took all in all about 2.5 hours for it to be finished. There was a pretty long wait. They had a printer there in case there were documents that you forgot to bring and could print out really quick. No electronics at all are allowed inside so make sure you leave it at the hotel or in your car. The interview itself was really chill. I chose to do it in english. Interviewer was really laid back and we had a good connection. He was making jokes and we just talked basically. When it finished I was given form 221g because a form was missing from my CEAC page, I uploaded it right after the interview and my case was then approved a day later.

I accompanied my fiancé to his interview. Although I was not allowed in, I was able to wait outside the building. His appointment was at 7:45AM and he entered the building around 8:00AM. His interview was complete and he exited around 9:15AM. No bags, phones, electrical devices of any kind were allowed in with him. I held onto all of his stuff. He just carried his required documents. He told me they were very friendly inside. He used a translator (he chose to do his interview in Turkish). Both the officer and the translator asked him questions. Some questions asked were:
When did we meet?
How long were we together?
Have either of us been married before?
Where are we going to Marry and when?
They also asked him about his time he spent in Spain and also about a person he named on a prior DS160 from a few years ago.
At the end they told him he was approved and a few hours later it showed approved on the website. Overall was a good... read complete review
