To be honest, got there at 8 for a 9 a.m. appointment, he went in. My husband said he went on 2 lines his wait time was 2 hours. Be went to the booth, I have him prof stacked at least a half a foot high. When my husband presented the docs, the immigration officer only asked to see our pics in the album because it didn't fit through the window, told him to fill out a form that asked my name as well as my parents. The officer asked him my parents name and where do I work... he complied. Finally told him he was approved. My husband came towards me with no emotion as I'd he didn't get through, to joke around. Still psyched, but he did get a white notice sheet about the visa retrieval

My fiance had his interview on 6-13-14 and didn't have any troubles with the embassy. He said it went very smoothly and they only asked a few questions since I sent so much information before. Being super organized is going to help a lot. Can't wait for him to get here!

My husband's interview was scheduled for 9:30 AM. Arrived near the embassy at 08:50. I guess this had something to do with why my husband was the last one to be interviewed. The line was long in front of the Embassy. My husband did not want me to go with him because he felt very nervous. He left his phone and electronics with us in the car. Remember you are not allowed to bring any form of electronics into the embassy. Our friends and I parked in the plaza not to faraway to allow my husband time to walk to the embassy and do some meditation. He was told to join a separate line for IV which happened to be a little shorter. After joining that line someone came and looked at his documents and the invitation letter and mark something on the paper. Upon entering the embassy , a security checkpoint was done and he was told to take off belts, shoes etc. then went through the security check. Not soon after entering the building he was given two numbers. Then he went to the waiting area and wa... read complete review

My hubby interview was difficult because his original date was feb 14, 2014 under expedite. He was turned away and rescheduled for March 14, 2014 due to a error on the embassy end. They said he was missing some documents. We went back on March 14 and they attempted to say he was missing some stuff that time as well but I stood my ground that I sent everything and they found it. Surprisingly. The questions my hubby said they asked were. How did we meet? How many children do I have? How many children do we have together?. They approved him but it still took 2 months for his status to change from Ap, ready, ap, issued.
Im just very happy this journey is over
