October 6, 2006 I am informed that my petition has been transferred to California (the petition I thought I had cancelled because my father died.)
Carnell applies for his divorce in California November 3, 2006
We become engaged December 22, 2006
Carnell files Judgement of Default January 31, 2007, after his seperated wife fails to respond. :(
November 2007 - Judge wants more information on pensions
March 2, 2008 still waiting for notification of his divorce :(
May 15, 2008 - divorce final
July 12, 2008 - arrived in California for a six month visit
July 18, 2008 - married in San Luis Obispo
