  1. Congratulations, that is wonderful!
  2. I have not seen any January 2018 threads for filing for a child under 21. Have we had any approvals?
  3. For Cuba, I think we may see delays once we get to the NVC part of the process yes. NOA2 will hopefully stay in line with all other countries. I know many people that have recently had interviews in Guyana with NOA dates of November, so we are definitely getting close to the NOA2
  4. I think it is just luck on how they are pulled! The delays for us will be once the cases are transferred to NVC as all of the Cuban cases are backed up due to the multiple changes in embassies for the interviews.

For my Cuban Husband to visit the U.S.....

It is my understanding that all Havana interviews will be transferred to Bogota Colombia. Are you planning on applying for a immigrant visa? It is highly unlikely a visitor visa would be approved since you are married. Good luck!
  6. Yes, our case was accepted on 1/31, NOA was received early February and still, nothing in the system. I called and was told that it would take at least 45 days to show up in the system, they are never consistent.

    Cuban Mother-in-Law Visit

Some countries have waiting periods. Costa Rica is 6 months post denial on a tourist visa. 2nd denial is a year.
