I married my ex husband in January of 2008 and filed our I-130 and i485 I was approved in sept of 2009. Unfortunately we ended up getting divorced in jan of 2010 after I found out that he was cheating on me. I moved out and our divorce was finalized in April of 2010, I got remarried June of 2011 to a wonderful man, and filed the I-751 alone for good faith marriage. There were a number of reasons why I waited to file but I think the main one was money and stress due to wedding planning. I submitted all the evidence that I could get including tax returns, emails, and affidavits from friends and even my ex. My interview was scheduled for 11/7/12 at the denver office at 7:15. I had to wait an hour and a half but finally got called in, the interviewer swore me in, then verified some information, asked me about my previous marriage and how I met my current husband, asked me why I got a divorce. She didn't ask for any more evidence, verified my name address and said "okay, I'm submitting this for approval you should have your new card within 3-4 weeks"
