My husband EWI in 1999, we got married in 2007, and began the 601 process. His first CDJ interview was in July 2008, and the second one in August 2008, when we were approved via K3 visa. Filed 485 in October 2008, biometrics in November 2008, baby born in November 2008. Received EAD in December 2008, and apparently missed our 485 appointment in January 2009 due to an undelivered appointment notice because of a major snow storm in the area.
