Kids were born before i became citizen -
i became citizen 2 years and 4 months ago and living in US more than 5 years

i am the petitioner and biological father of the kids and my kids are in diffrent country and they are born after i became citizen .I filed i-130 for my wife and kids.

Hi Members, I have a question about kids under 18 years.I want to know that my kids under 18 are going to get green cards or passports when they arrive here or do i need to file any kind of papers to get them passport and petitioner is citizen . Thanks

hi, check this screen shot its clearly saying where i want to move my petition and i got notice if i want to move my petition i have to file i-824 and have to pay 465$ thats scrazy and my kids petitions already approved and with NVC and i was waiting for my wife approval notice and i got this .I filed my kids i-130 with same answers

hi, i'm petitioner and i applied for my kids and they are under 10 years of age and my question is after entering into usa on ir2 are they getting citizenship certificate or green card ?and if they getting citizenship certificate how long do they have to stay in states with me to apply for passport? Thanks
