  1. I am wondering if anyone has the same issue and got the same notice as me....I am a green card holder applying for my unmarried child, I used to see the processing time in timely manner and now this appears (Your case is taking longer than expected to process.) ...... unsure what to expect....I only received my receipt for 1-130 nothing else after that. How long does this take please...any advice. Thank you
  2. Sorry let me write the sentence again(As of Jan 19 2022 we are ready to schedule your form 1-751, Petition to removr conditions on Residence ,for an interview. We will schedule your interviee and send you a notice. Will update my timeline as well soon
  3. Aren't thry suppose to mail me the interview letter? Like they did for the biometrics? No calls,no emails nothing in the mail. And the way they phrased the sentence (as in January 2022...your case is ready for an interview,we will inform you)...that was it. I wish they will be more specific as its so vague. So i am now sitting on a fence don't know anything🤔
  4. My status on USCIS says in January scheduled for interview but there is no mails from them...now its almost august wondering if the interview was going to take place as I read in some forums and sites that the interviews may be not done for some cases(if they know the marriage is legit).
