Hi My friend petitioned for her mother from Mexico and its approved but she didn't realize that she couldn't claim the money her husband makes as her income. she is a stay at home mom. Can she add her husband or another relative as a cosponsor at this stage? Thank you.

Hello, my husband petitioned for his brother. I see that it can be as long as 15 years however, I am confused as to why the uscis system says processing time for his brothers petition is 9months . Why is the 9 months in reference to? Thank you.

Hello, my husband is a naturalized citizen and is petition for his brother to come to U.S. and we are filing online but Im having a bit of trouble with the online system. 1.His parents are no longer alive but the system ask for residence. I dont know what to put. 2. It asked for his A-number, which we have, but does he need to put it since he is now naturalize? 3. It asks for Elis account number and it said we could find it on a notice he received in the mail years ago, but we do not have it. If I click we do not have one will it be an issue? We are filing this through his ELIS account but no where does it have an account l number listed. Thank you ahead of time if any could answer.
