  1. Could someone assist me with the following question? If I submit an i-751 application to remove the conditions on my residency, the processing time will vary based on the specific office center handling my case. However, during this period, I am eligible to apply for naturalization. In the event that I haven't received a decision on my i-751 application, what should I do if I want to apply for citizenship at the same time?
  2. I have two questions: 1. After you get approved on i-130 , how long does it take USCIS to notify NVC? 2. how long does it take that NVC to send you a welcome letter?
  3. my processing time also has changed from "case taking longer time" to 3 months. My case was in the California center (not sure if it is still there or not). California's processing time was 10.5 months and it is changed to 15 months. All these backlogs ...!!! tired of this...
  4. i-130 processing time estimation until case decision in 5 weeks. anyone else has any updates?
  5. today I checked processing time on the account; shows 2 months for i-130 on California center.
  6. right.. waiting really hurts. mine is also 3 months , California center. 3 months is for i-130 , then a few months in NVC maybe?
  7. any one in California center has processing time of 3 months or less?
  8. what center processing your case? did they ask for more supporting docs?
  9. anyone knows why I am not able to add my Receipt number to my account in https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant but am able to have it in https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/ when I want to add it to my account I get the following error:
  10. unfortunately California processing time increase from 8 months (at the time filing) to 9.5 and now it is 10.5 months. I checked other Centers as well, they all increased processing time. I don't know what happened suddenly. do sad
  11. Glad that your case is approved. Nebraska was so quick.
