  1. Today is the 118th day since we received our NOA1, The worst part of the process is this in my opinion, this delay and lack of information leaves anyone in distress. However, we continue within 150 days, the way we really wait. I saw that on June 2nd they approved several cases near ours, since then, they have stopped processing. I'm wondering what their processing logic is. Do they only process the fiances visas on Fridays?

Our NOA2 date was 5/30/2017 and our NOA1 was on 2/17/17. Before we got approved they were approving multiple dates prior to ours and i didn't understand why. I hope you get your NOA2 soon because i know that wait is so stressful :(

Francisco and I had a long wait too. We had to go to my Congresswoman to finally get the petition moved. It seems it was on someone's desk. After my Congresswoman inquired on our behalf, since it had been over 6 months, we got an approval within one week. Our most recent problem came  because USCIS used the wrong  date on the conditional green card and when we applied for ROC they found this error and returned our I-751 with instructions to submit a I-90, replacemnet of green card, but we realized that this process was taking long and had to go to local office on infopass to get an I-551 stamp in Francisco's Brazilian passport so he could travel. The I-551 is proof of LPR staus in lieu of the card. What things will happen next? All in all, we have had a fairly smooth process, no RFEs, somewhat easy but nerve-wracking interviews, and some waits that seem too long. Here's to an easy ROC too...the second time around next March - June...according to the corrected green card date.
