  1. Hi Mike, You sound quite knowledgeable, so I thought I'd ask you this question...Once parents get their GC, can they apply (w/just their GC) to get their 25 year old unmarried son to the States, and if so, how long does that process usually take? Thanks!
  2. Thanks Mike! Always prompt and to the point! God bless you! P.S. Ive added another question about paper vs. online. I would love to know your take on that. Thanks
  3. Reading through some posts here I got too confused... Mother is abroad, do I file I-130 AND I-864 at the same time or just I-130, then later when she's asked for an affidavit of support, I should file I-864? Does it make a difference if it's filled separately vs. at the same time as I-130? Your feedback/input is appreciated. On a separate note, some folks (including attorneys) are recommending submitting a paper form vs. online! I have no idea why? any insight on that would be great? I've looked at both paper and online. paper seems simpler (more straighfwd) where the online app, seems longer (more questions), and at times confusing, as the question don't seem logical or pertinent to my case. Thanks
  4. Thank! The other question is will they get a 10 year GC directly or do they get a conditional one, then 2 years later apply for their permanent one? thx
  5. Hi Guys, Parents' passports is expiring in 8 months. I think when filling out an application for their Permanent Residency, I may need to input their passport # on the application. I also know that by the time they'll call them for an interview they'll probably have new passports with new passports #s. Should I file anyway or ask them to renew their passports first, then file? Thank you!
