    So update: we just received an RFE for the supplement form I130A, which my husband is sure he included in the initial package he sent off. I have said to hum that I'll fill in another one and we just post it off again.

    Hi all, I hope this makes sense and I can get some advice. Our I-130 was approved on 01/01/24 and we got the notice in the mail. Upon checking USCIS ,it states that on the 01/04/24 case was reopened and resumed work on our case. A RFE was sent,but as of time of writing this,we haven't received anything in the mail. Should we be concerned that the initial approval was a mistake or just wait to see if we do get an RFE in the mail? Is this normal for them to request evidence after approving a petition?
