  1. I must say I HATE the new automated system. How are "all representatives are busy right now" even a thing as no one can seem to get through to one! I know my case status was transferred but am trying to find out where it was transferred to! Cant get a hold of anyone and all it does if the automated system cant help you is go "I'm sorry I cant assist you good bye" and disconnects the call. Im trying to be patient but looking at the dates currently being processed on the processing area of this site my case should have already been processed even with COVID a while ago!
