    Hi, I decided to write you as I cant find a clear answer to my question and I am very worried. I would really appreciate if you could take the time to please reply.

    My son will be entering the US with a K2 visa , he is not the son of my future husband (american citizen).

    I have been told he will get the 2 year GC with no problems but I am concerned about the permanent one after the 2 years. As he will be 22 by then.

    I read your case and wanted to know if its doable (even if I have to pay more).
