Hello I am here in the Philippines,my daughter and I got interviewd last march 3, 2015. I got 221(g)our affidavit of support with original signature with my husband. it so happened that our affidavit of support it was not delivered yet from the courier but it was already in Manila when we track it. and also they want me to get an nbi explanation letter of no creminal records or pending records. i had a case more than 20 yrs.year 1995 but that case was dimissed on that year. so my affidavit of support documents was recieved March 6 and after 2 weeks i got a referral letter that i have to go to nbi with all my court documents. so i went to ird department at 4th flr. thhey told me that you can go home and the embassy will pick up every friday.
so i am expecting that everything will be ok. for now I am checking our status online it is in AP status. i check online it says 60 days but it is more than 60 days now but still it is AP. I am worried what will be happened our passport is in the embassy. I hope everything will be ok. anybody can tell me about this? how long we have to wait.
