Im a citizen in the USA and currently petitioning my parents from the philippines. I submitted of of their I-130 and after a month my Mother has been approved but my Father has a request to submit an RFE/bonafide father and child relationship since i was born out of wedlock. i submitted my birth certificate with my father's name written on it and my baptismal as well. my parents are still together write now but my problem is all of the required documents requested by USCIS are hard to provide, this include the insurances, school receipts and some that is impossible to produce in our country. Is there anybody in the same boat as me? pls help.. thank you.
