I am a US Citizen and am starting the process of filling the I-130 to bring my spouse from Kenya here. I have read so many different scenarios that has me confused on how this works and an estimate of time frame. We have been married for 1 year and have a baby girl together and would like him here ASAP to be with his family, but am a little clueless to know if I just wait for NOA form and then file another form to bring him here while we await decision is there such a way or do I not have my facts clear. Any help I can get I would appreciate.
