I received an RFE for tax returns 5 yrs. I already submitted transcripts via upload on the website. Now waiting again for an answer. Does anybody have an estimate how long they take to review RFE responses? Thanks!

I know. There is not much I can do except wait......it is just frustrating that some ppl get approved in a matter of minutes (Im happy for them) and some like me it will take months if not years....

I contact them via request on their website and they just replied saying my case in under review and pending security checks. I thought they ran your background before the interview.

I am not sure how Milwaukee does the oath ceremonies. I know they do more administrative ones than judicial but I dont know how frequent the judicial are

Does anybody know how often Milwaukee does judicial oath ceremonies? My case is been stuck for +1month after the interview. I did request a "name change."

HI- Still no answer, it's been almost a month and my cases still shows as "interview scheduled" - Does anybody know if this is normal for the office in Milwaukee? I did ask for my second last name to be dropped so not sure if changing your name creates delays.

I had my interview and everything was fine. But I still got a decision cannot yet be made. Is this normal? I really thought I was going to get a recommendation for approval. Any thought? thanks
