I sent in a ton of evidence for my AOS application for CR-1 category but I see only a few of them scanned in my online portal. Is that normal? Or I should scan my copies and upload myself. I feel they are all important although it s an overkill and USCIS requires the minimum to make a decision.

A couple questions, I do not see on the IR1 / CR1 Souse Visa guides that for Nigeria that a medical exam needs to be taken. Yet, I do notice that is discussed here. Besides the Police Report, what else is required? Also, are their a particular facility where the medical exam needs to take place? Currently do you know approximately know current timelines for the following: - NVC file completed online, how long to process information and send case to Nigeria?
- Once case is in Nigeria, how long for Interview date?
- Does the interview date show upon the NVC website, or what is the form of communication
Thank you for your help, and any other thing, maybe I am not seeing or missing, I appreciate your help and efforts.

I recently became a US citizen and need to file for my mom whom the consulate had denied Visa thrice for no reason. upon speaking to a lawyer whom I plan to use to help file. he said since my birth certificate is missing. Myself and my mom will have to take a DNA test and he advised we take it before applying so to reduce the chances of rejection which we'll still have to go back and take the test. I have a national population document and a court affidavit to prove my age but he said this will not fly with USCIS. Has anyone gone through similar circumstances and did you just go to any random medical laboratory to do the test? I'm in the US and my mum is in Nigeria. Please, advise.

I will be eligible to apply for citizenship next month and It is likely that I have a child whose mom has refused to send me the birth certificate (I did not sign and wasn't present) or do a DNA test to prove paternity( we were not married and were not exclusive). I do support financially( not legally mandated child support) just in case the child is mine. The child is in her mom's country and not my country of origin. Do I include the child on my N400, so when she's of age and she's mine, I can petition for her or will it complicate the process. I have 2 kids with my US citizen wife and she's aware of the situation and wants the child to come over if she's mine
