Hi! I wanted to request IRS Tax returns by mail but right now they are not sending them by mail so I downloaded online but because of security measures they are not writing full name and address on the tax returns..Will USCIS accept those transcripts or should I combine them with Turbo Tax full tax documents or try to call IRS and see if they can mail me the transcripts (not sure if they would do it tho) so there would be our names and address at least on the envelope? Thanks!

My husband got a job outside America for 2 years (he will still work for U.S government though) and we need to move there in August . I already received my combo card , however, my I-485 has status case is ready to be scheduled for an interview and I do not believe that I will have a chance to have an interview any time soon.

What can be my next step? We are waiting for his work order paper and i was thinking to post it to UCSIS as an explanation of why I am unable to attend interview. Am i correct thinking that my case will be cancelled and later I can apply for wife visa or Direct consular filing?

Do I need to bring original marriage certificate with me to the interview? For the life of me I can not find it and my interview is tomorrow. (I have been in US over 10 years).

I have appointment next Monday for interview, and here in PA, and also MI, everything is getting canceled left and right.

I m so afraid they might cancel it.

And if I am approved, they might cancel the oath ceremony.
