Does anyone know if US Embassy warnings about Terror attacks are reason enough to ask for our case to be expedited? I assume not but thought I'd ask.

It's been like that for a while almost 4 months now. No green card in the mail. The app shows the correct date i paid for the immigrant visa fee but if you go to the website its showing a different date. Any idea what's happening?

Have paid IV two times and rejected both times. The first time I paid both IV and AOS, AOS was processed but iv got rejected. I paid IV again and it's rejected. Anyone knows why? Or what should I do?

When filing concurrently, does one have to include the Form I-601 after February 24th?

Can someone help me understand what sort of proof that you will be able to support your foreign fiance is required by the embassy/DOS? I've tried looking for the information but can't find much.

Specifically, are bank statements something you will be asked to produce? Is there a minimum figure you should have? Tax returns? At which point in the process are they required? I know it's not in the initial application. Is it during the interview? Is it after when the fiance is in US and you want to get married? I know an affidavit of support is some part of the process.
