US Immigration from Ghana

Hello everyone,

My aunt got married 9 months ago to her husband who is a US citizen. My aunt lives in Ghana.

A friend told me instead of filing for a petition for her while she is outside the US, she can rather apply for a fianc e visa to visit him and then her petition filed when she is in the US.

Is this true? And will applying for a fianc e visa get her to the US faster than filing for a petition whilst she is outside the US?

Hello everyone, my fiance and I will be sending our application hopefully this week. I have two last questions to make sure everything is good. This is my second time filing for a K1 Visa(different person & country). My first relationship did not work out. I sent off my first K1 January 07, 2019, it was approved April 2019 he interview that June of 2019, and it went into administrative processing for almost a year. During that time, I noticed a lot of red flags and that this was not the relationship I thought I wanted. A few days after realizing that, I actually received a letter that it was denied(confirmation). It's been over 2 years since my past k1 filing/approval date, I'm wondering do I need any other documents to provide? Also, on the I-129F, it asks if the application was approved. It was approved by USCIS, but it was denied at the Embassy stage after administrative processing for almost a year. Would that still be considered an approval, even though it was eventually denied?

My second question is; I stayed at my fiance's apartment majority of the time during our stay. When we went to go visit his parents/family in his hometown, we rented an Airbnb for 4 nights. I have the receipt for the Airbnb. Do I need to provide any other information besides letting them know that I stayed at my fiance's apartment during my stay( besides the days we went home to visit his parents/home)?

Hi everyone, I'm gathering documents/information for my K1 Visa (almost done ). My fiance is from Ghana

When completing the I-129F relating to addresses, 2 of them do not have a street #, he declares that there is none for those 2. I've searched online and and couldn't find a # for them either. Anyone had this type of situation before ? What should I do or leave it as is? All responses are appreciated. Thank you in advance

Good morning everyone, so my fiance I have filed a k1 and it's in the 8th month since noa 1.

She has menorrhagia that's excessive bleeding during her cycle and this has always caused her to be severely anemic.

She has got medical reports that Indicates fibroids that needs to be surgically removed and that would mean she would need months to recover from the surgery.

So my question is can we expedite our case based on that, since she would need my support in taking care of the house while she recovers.

If yes how do we get this started?. We need your support guys. Thank you all.

Pls how soon after receiving the k1 visa does one have to leave the country , is it 6 months from the date of medical or 6 months from the date of visa approval ?
haven t gotten to that stage yet but just want to get it clear cos a friend of mine is in this particular phase and we argued about it , so I decided to put it out here for clarification.
