Hello, My sister files for I730 to petition for her daughter. She was born out of wedlock but she has a birth certificate as the mother. The USCIS is asking for bona fide evidence. Is the mother required to proof bona fide relationship? I thought that was only for the father? Please see screenshot attached. Thank you

Can a minor child 12 years old do a name change during naturalization? Or do I need to change the name first before applying for Citizenship?
