Reminder: New USCIS Fees now in Effect

The USCIS filing fees will be officially raised on Monday July 30th 2007 — for practical purposes they are in effect now. Make sure you read the following fee schedule to determine what if any changes have been made for the benefit you are filing for. Some application types such as Adjustment of Status include the cost of Secondary Benefits such as Employment Authorization Documents and Advance Parole in the initial filing fee (previously these had separate fees). Also of note, K-1 and K-3 applicants are now required to file certain forms at new locations (see link below).
