NVC still has NO info on this. what to do ? could somebody post the time it takes to reach NVC from CSC ? how do i know that this has left CSC ? i see that from VSC, K1 approval gets to NVC in a few days !! i think people geting processed by CSC is getting screwed left and right. really frustrating this !!

Have you contacted both agencies? This happens from time to time so you need to stay on them until they find it.

Its to bad that the state of the world is such that we all have to wait like this. My peitions have been approved for many months now & are still not recognised by NVC due to the sheer volume of petitions they have recieved.

Its my opinion that what is done there is to not place case numbers on them until they absolutley have to because that allows them to show a different work load than the really have.

I have sent many letters , emails to USCIS & NVC about my cases with no results. Not even a reply. I have asked two U S Senators for help & have not recieved any.

It seems that nothing can be done except to wait.

I hope you read the post here today explaining the work load they are under right now . It has helped me to understand some what.

Yeah, in the same boat here. Over a month since approval. Still nothing at NVC. Every week they say to wait another week, and that it may take up to 90 DAYS!! Agh... :(

Quoting myself from separate thread:

I've heard rumors (nothing more than that) that CSC is just sending one BIG shipment to the NVC every 4 to 6 weeks, which adds not only the possible 4-6 week delay but also the delay of NVC parsing through the huge drop of cases all at once.

Not sure what the real deal is. I've seen a couple other posters who had their I-129f approved just a few days before mine and they made it to the NVC within a week! If the "monthly shipment" theory holds any water, they should have my petition within a couple weeks.. Hoping it's not too long. <fingers crossed>

i see that NVC gete this from VSC in a matter of days. this is so unfair. when i call NVC they say that they have no info. and asks me to contact USCIS. when i call USCIS, they say that "u will get further information from NVC". what a nonsense ? when i ask them whether this has been sent from CSC to NVC, they say that they do not have any other info. unbeleivable!

I agree! This is total bull-****... and it's likely going to really interfere with our plans... But it's best if you just stay patient and take what you can get. We're not the only ones that have hit delays along the way, and plenty have suffered from much worse (denials, financial inability to sponsor, etc).. Hopefully it won't be long now...

I'm in the same boat with you guys....approved Oct. 29, talked to NVC last night (Dec. 3)...they still don't have it. The guy says "It'll probably be here in a week or two." Wow, that's comforting. He said they can't do anything until it's been 90 days since approval. I asked what they would do then...he said "We'd try to find out where it is." Hahahaha. I feel much better now, knowing that.

Haha, no kidding. They've been saying "it will be here in a week" every week. I've seen others on VJ that have been approved at CSC, who have gotten to the NVC weeks ago! I get the feeling that some random box that had our cases is lost at USCIS somewhere... I'm trying to contact CSC about this, but having no luck. I'll keep you updated if I find anything out.

On Nov. 26th, my daughter's I-130 had a fee bill generated and was put into pending status, awaiting further instructions from me, as to pursuing it or the I-129F.

Just an update here. CSC confirmed that they have not shipped it out yet, but has been prepared to ship as of 11/13/2007. Thus, it's sitting on a pallet waiting to be shipped, and that should happen soon. Likely the others still waiting for NVC to get it are on that same pallet
