Hello all memebers of vj's

My usc fiance refuse to marry me for reason

I don't even know even till today it is unfortunate.

I don't want to over stay my I-194 date.

So therefore can I have another petitioner USC

file another k-1 petitition for me after my departure?

With that show a redflag at my interview when it is approved,

Please can someone help to answer this question.

And i want any valauble counsel to help me make my decisions.

Thanx in advance.

I'm sure you can have another petition filed for you. However, two in rapid succession will be a pretty big red flag to the immigration people. Plus, you'll have to prove a legitimate relationship with this second petitioner.

I am going to try to be nice here. However that does not mean I will not be direct. If you came to the states for love, fine. It didnt work out, I am sorry. Now you are asking for someone that could file just to help you into the states.....

a) thats immigration fraud.

B) that is a slap in the face to those of us going through this process to be with the ones we love.

c) there is not a person here that will assist you in doing that.

I dont know why it didnt work out, that isnt my business. I will not speculate. However, yes it will flag and it is wrong.

umm. ...i think it would show a very BIG red flag! I never thought I'd say this, but frankly I don't think you'd get approved if you did that. The k-1 is to be with the one you love, and it's not going to be very believable if all of a sudden you switch petitioners! Do you really want to be with this person or are you just trying to come to the US?

You're making assumptions here. Maybe the guy changed his mind after she got here and cancelled the wedding (it happens all too often). Sounds to me like she just wants to know if she can find another guy and try again AFTER she returns to her country. Do you really think your fiance wants to come to the US ONLY because she loves you?

Personally, I'd be happy to help her find another guy and start over (not me of course, I'm already taken). It sounds to me like she's not trying to break any laws, she just wants another chance and wants to know what the problems will be.

It wouldn't surprise me if one of these days we see a post from someone in this forum with that exact question.

Please I need your help one more time,

I entered here on k-1 visa 9th june 2006,spent just 2 weeeks with my U.s fiance, but we were not

living together as she wanted it so I cooperated, that is not enough, she kept finding faults and

make my stay hre in the U.S frusting and always saying at any little misunderstanding that she won't marry

meany more.

I and her pastor has tried to make this marriage work but she still insisted not to marry me.

This lady has made things so hard for me since the past 5o days plus i have spent here in U.S.

To summarrize all in short. yesteday, she sAid her decision is she can't marry me.

I have been sponsoring myself since I came here till now and she doesn't care

and I don't have any more money to spend and she has decided not to marry me.

And my return tickets has expired on the 5th July 2006.

Based on the Affidafit of support she sign to take care of me till I start working.

I am frusted right,No money to take care of myself,No return ticket back home.

Please what legal action can I take to sustain myself here and to get ticket fare back home before the

90 days expires.I am really hurting emotionally.

I have left all, my good payed job, home (apartment), all for the U.S and

My usc fiance want to frustrute me.

Can I legally make any sort of claims for losing all for for her intentionally frusting me.

resigning from my work and emotional turture.

On July 8:

Any way I want to thank you all for your prayers and suggestions, they really worked for me.

We have resolved our issue yesteday, praise God.

For some folks who doubt my intent,I love my usc fiance and we are marrying for real.

On July 4th:

Hey Vj's members, how is every thing with you guys.

Please i need you guys to help me with sugesstion on what to do now.

I came in the U.S on k1 in june and my staying here will expire on 7th sept 2006.

I am having a little misunderstanding with my Usc fiance and she is threating not to marry me

beuse of some personal isuues.

I want to ask you guys in this forum on what to do if she Refuse to marry me within the 90 days

of entry. What step can I take to legally resove my stay in the U.S.

And what does the law says about this issue.

Based on his posting going on backto July this Op has knownthat his fiance will not be marrying him. If you guys take a look at the Sub Africa forums you will see where he has been trying to get advice to stay in this country. I am strongly against that . Valentine IMO a second fiance visa will cause a redflag, especially one filed so soon after a failed engagement.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.
