6/12/10- NOA1 hard copy received
8/02/10- T-O-U-C-H-E-D !!!
8/03/10- RFE as per USCIS website (75 DAYS)
8/04/10- Touched
8/06/10- RFE letter hard copy received (78 DAYS)
8/14/10- Sent docs for our 1st RFE to USCIS(86 DAYS)
8/20/10- 2nd RFE :-(
8/21/10- Mailed lacking docs to USCIS
8/25/10- Confirmed delivered to USCIS and the item was signed
         for by M GUERRERO.(97 DAYS)
8/26/10- "Touched"- RFE response review as per USCIS website
8/27/10- Approved NOA2!!!

9/02/10- Received hard copy of our NOA2 (105 DAYS)
9/08/10- NVC forwarded my case to USEM MNL. (via electronic file)
9/10/10- Called NVC/DOS today, got my MNL case#/ NVC letter notice date
9/15/10- NVC letter hardcopy received.
9/17/10- As per USEM Manila,they already received my case and to call back 3 days before I can set interview date
9/20/10- Called USEM Manila and I was able to set interview date (Oct.12- Cancelled)

**Oct. 11, 12 & 13- Need to return in St. Lukes.
10/14/10- Result in SLEC- Negative
10/15/10-Received hardcopy of USEM letter (Dated: Sept. 20)
12/08/10- Culture End @8th weeks waiting period
12/09/10- Called SLEC for my result & I was told to return tom. @8AM (Bring passport, medical receipt & appointment letter).
12/10/10- Medical Passed
12/17/10- USEM Interview @ 0645H = Visa Approved!!!
12/29/10- Visa Printed
01/05/11- Visa on Hand
