Our Story
I am a USA citizen, my husband Algerian. We have been together almost 2 years, married almost 1 year. We filed the I-130, in which he had his intervew March 11, 2010 and was denied. The reason the officer stated was she didnt belive our relationship to be real. We are both devistated, I cry every day and wanting some answers "WHY" and what we can do to appeal this process. I only want to be with my husband, to start a family.
